Very friendly staff. Room clean and presentable. We were grateful that they have a room set aside for dogs.
Booked online stating my check in time from between 23:00 and 00:00.Turned up to find the office closed and no key left in the after hours box.Rang the manager who was very rude and disrespectful who claimed knew nothing about my booking.Continued to make me feel uncomfortable while finding my booking with his bad attitude . Once found my booking there was no opologie what so ever....Very poor service. If you can book online 24hrs a day it's not the guests fault if you close your office at 7pm and then don't check your reservation bookings.
